Why are you the best candidate for the office you are seeking?

With my various experiences & education in numerous areas (Agriculture, Real Estate, Education) and my knowledge of Dearborn County & Southeastern Indiana (I have resided here for 77 years), I firmly believe that I can be a valuable asset to our residents & government. Also having served the citizens for 32 years as an educator, 47 years as a Real Estate Broker, 8+ years as County Recorder and 3+ years on County council, 5+ years as a licensed real estate appraiser, I have many qualities and experiences that few elected officials can bring to the table.

What will be your top priorities if elected/re-elected?

#1 Property Rights especially of the Agriculture Community. #2Control of wasteful spending. #3 Property Taxes-. I have observed the attitudes and practices of our elected officials in Dearborn County and believe that many changes need to be addressed.
